We should have our Visa within 2 months after we apply in January. We currently have 2 rentals here (I'm living in one now), getting ready to buy another one as soon as I find a decent one.

CES, I use a property management company. Same as in Spain, I have my realtor there manage my renter in my apartment.

I'm usually a little lacking. i put up decorations early this year. Some years i don't bother. So far it does look like i won't be picking up any extra time at my second job between Christmas and New Years. It'll cost a little, since i don't get paid for not being there, but it'll be really nice to have the time all the way off.

I'm taking three days off the week after Xmas so my commission will be a little low but I'm in desperate need of some time off. I hope you enjoy yours.
