Good morning. Hitt, as I get older I change my sneakers 2-3 times a year as the arch support gives out.

I was able to find a nice lightweight pair of Nunn Bush shoes last night at a store that have gel in the heel. They only had one color so I had to order the ones I wanted. Hopefully they will work out.

Good morning. I sure hope the shoes help with the foot pain. I’ve been wearing an old pair of shoes to work the past few days until the new ones arrive. They are better than the rockports I bought for work but my feet still hurt by the end of the day. They just don’t have enough of a sole and padding for being on concrete all day.

Good morning, hitt and PT :) Have to tried using insoles? They sell some nice ones with gel.

I did try a couple before but then it raises my feet in the shoes and puts pressure on the top of my feet.

Yeah, I guess the gel ones would work better in boots.

Actually, I can't stand wearing boots to work. I used to wear red wing steel toe shoes but really don't have to wear steel toes to work so I stopped years ago. My company will pay for red wing steel toe shoes if we want them and our drivers wear them but I choose not to.

Only boots i ever used were these:

    Panama Jack - About us

(top left corner you can change language to english)

Boots made in Spain and i've had pairs last me much more than 5 years after some serious pounding.
Not sure if you can get them where you live but i highly recommend these.

I’ve heard of them. I just don’t like tall boots. I have had a really hard time with finding comfortable shoes ever since I broke my foot really bad several years ago.

Good Morning. Should be low 70's today.

Good morning PT. We have been having above normal temperatures this winter so far. Just had two days in the 60’s. Colder today. How was it in Oklahoma when your wife went?
