Good morning. It’s been pretty nice this week as far as weather but I’ve caught a sinus cold or something. It really stinks that it’s been nicer during the week then this weekend will be mid to high 90’s again like last weekend.

At some point I will. I'm starting to get a little burned out. I want to save a vacation day for when I need to verticut and overseed my lawn. After the last time, I'm done renting equipment with neighbors. I got stuck picking it up and taking it back by myself last time. Then the guy across the street took a while paying me. I'd rather just take a day off and do it while others are at work. It seems like every time we would rent one then someone else would want to use it and make it more expensive the longer you have it. The rental place is close enough that I can pick it up, do my lawn, and have it back in less than two hours.

One year my old next door neighbor and I rented one and while we were doing our lawns the guy across the street came over and asked if he could use it. Then the neighbor behind me came over and asked if he could use it. He didn't know what he was doing and kept pulling it backwards and making it throw the drive belt. I'm just to the point where I just want to do mine and not mess with anyone.
