Dd's young son is sick. Is a sickness that has hit 3 of the kids in this family so far. They are guessing it's some kind of a virus. Symptoms are sore throat, cough and headache.

I couldn’t resist dripping some of the chocolate donut recipe. It’s only been about 5 days. It’s pretty good already but can tell it needs a longer steep. The chocolate comes through up front. The donut part needs more time to develop.

Merry Christmas! Boarding a boat this afternoon for 12 days. We supposedly have wifi on board so will check-in time to time. Have a great holiday!

Hola! Just left Trondheim, starting to get real cold. Hitt, yes its a cross between a Ferry and cruise ship. It stops 4-5 times a day with most stops 15-20 minutes for people to get on/off. It also operates as a cargo/mail carrier for rural routes. But does have nice cabins/balcony/suites and 3 restaurants and a few bars. But no entertainment/Casino/Disco etc... Real relaxing.
