20 degrees cooler today but still in the mid 50's. Did go look at some properties, not a lot to look at for the area I like.

PT, this is pretty unusual for us. Usually the first two weeks in Feb have some of the coldest days of the year. OK, so for us that means a couple fo nights in the teens, and a couple of days with highs that don't get above freezing, but the average is still only in the 40s-50s. We usually start seeing signs of spring be the 3rd week of Feb.
