Good morning. It’s been nice here but there’s snow in the forecast Friday. We got switched to a new two week pay schedule about a month ago since the new company took over. It’s a little hard to get used to after getting paid weekly forever.

I found out this afternoon that there was a shooting near the Super Bowl festivities downtown today. Very sad! I heard that ten people were shot.

Hola! Just wanted to say I have "officially" retired, I quit work at 54 but I have received my first Social Security deposit! Applied last summer and thought I would get it in December but they did send me a double payment and will get another at the end of the month. I cannot believe I am on Social Security!
Oh sunny but still a bit cold here.

I’m sure it seems weird. I’m 54 now and can’t imagine getting social security.
