Good Morning, Its cool in the house when I get up but hit 80 yesterday afternoon.

We were about the same here. I talked to a guy yesterday about having him put new trim around the outside of my fireplace. It's just too high and hard to get to for me to think about doing it. He said he'd redo the trim and paint for a fair price so I'm going to have him do it. I just have to buy the paint.
