Good Afternoon, mid 50's again but supposed to be in the 60's the next few days. Hitt, yes years ago did single stocks, the older I get I invest in a little less risky and more boring stuff, besides I don't like doing the research anymore.
I don't blame you. I've done ok with stocks but never really have a lot at once to invest.
I will buy another home here but may keep some of the money and after living in Spain for a year or so buy another property in Malaga/Madrid or Barcelona. Yep I know, not a bad problem to have!

Glad you have the ability to to do what you want to do PT. I know you've worked hard to get there.
Looks like the financing for the addition to my house is going to work out A few hoops to jump through, including getting the contractor approved. Now that i know the financing is possible we can move forward with making specific, detailed plans.
