CES, I'm sure my daughter finished the application but I almost hate to text her to ask. She's a great student and is very responsible but she's bad about waiting until the last minute on stuff like this. I'm going to have to text her because it's going to bug me to not know for sure.

Are you having to spend much time on a ladder? Be careful. That's how I broke my foot years ago.
Yep, eventually I need to get on the ladder but still on the garage and a short step ladder works.
I haven't used my 28 foot ladder since I broke my foot. I bought a 14 foot one that can be used as a step ladder or an extension ladder. I don't plan on going up on the tall one again.
My problem is I gave away my tall straight ladder when we sold our house, I now only have a 14 footer like you and its not going to reach some of the peaks.
I'm not a fan of ladders.
Forgot to mention we finally got a home under contract, nice 3 bed with a study and 3 car garage. Just got back from the home inspection, hope to close in a week or two.
