not so much. it should get better next week, when i'm done with the 8am class.

Also did you find another contractor?

maybe. I have a meeting with a contractor and architect on Tuesday, and the possiblity of meeting with another architect the following week. or if i accept the bid for plans from the first guy, he has some contractors that he works with.

Oh, I've been at the other rental property cleaning etc... but it looks like its about to be rented. Have a few more things to get rid of and a BMW to sell but mostly done.

Turned out to be a very nice day, no wind and about 72. SIL from Fort Collins visiting and picking up some furniture and some other stuff we are giving her.

It rained here until about noon and cleared off but is a little chilly. We had the outlaws over for Easter dinner today. It went unusually easy for a change.
