Good morning. PT, I don't remember if you said before but how did you get your belongings there? I know you got rid of most stuff but there was surely more than you could take on a plane.
Good evening, its 8:30pm here. Had a long day got into town checked into the hotel, went and met the realtor to get my apartment keys. Went to the apartment and setup the cat there, need to go look for a mattress, TV, dishes etc... tomorrow. Hitt, we have 6-8 boxes in a friends storage and brought 4 suitcases packed last November, along with the 5 check-in suitcases we brought this time thats all we have.
Yep, pretty much sold everything, 21 years worth. If anything it feels great getting rid of "Stuff" and starting over.

well had a interesting day. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our apartment. Here in Europe the deadbolt is the same on the inside as out meaning a key hole on both sides, no manual tab. since i had 4-5 keys
i thought i would just leave one of the keys in the inside keyhole thinking i would not have to take another key out to lock from the inside, well when you do that and shut the door you cannot use your key from the outside. spent over 200 nights in europe but looking back the all had regular hotel deadbolts or i would be giving one key which means i have to have it to lock. anyway had to wait for the locksmith unlock i and then go get every thing rekeyed. Ms PT went to the city water company and the regional electricity company but took 4 hours to get utilities on in our name,

Sitting here all morning waiting for a TV to be delivered. Fran over here things are done at a very different pace. I understand but its frustrating, like if I did not contact the Hilton in Madrid yesterday they would have never told me the courier never came yesterday to pick-up my suitcase and I would of been here waiting for it all day now just the TV.

I'd have left a key in the indoor deadbolt too- it makes perfect sense, until it doesn't work. sigh.
