I hope that none of us break anything...we're getting too old for that.
So, my mom's house in Phoenix is under contract, with closing scheduled for mid-october!!
My construction hasn't started (argh) , but i think i have the contractors identified and starting next week i get to jump through the financing hoops. I think it won't be done by the time she's ready to move here, but we'll figure something out in the meantime.

My wife kind of freaked out. I was in the garage and barely noticed stuff on a shelf vibrating.
Yeah, I was used to it by the time we left, but Malaga had a few quakes last year, nothing yet since I have lived here.

Thanks Fran. My oldest came home for the weekend so it's been a nice holiday weekend with the family.
