Hi Fran. I'm glad to be done with the deck. We got the furniture and grill moved back on it tonight.
I'm not sure yet. I'll guarantee there's something waiting though.

Appraisal seemed to go well, but i won't hear fro a few days. The make or break number is pretty low, so even though i want it to be as high as possible, i'm not sweating it much.

Fran, I forgot when you asked what the next project was that I have 15 bags of mulch waiting to be put down. The landscaping on the one side of the house is almost down to bare dirt so I figured I better get some mulch around the bushes before winter. It's supposed to be cooler today than the 80+ temp yesterday so I might try to get it down tonight.
That should be about the last thing except for winterizing the power washer and the sump pump drain. At least I think so anyway.
Good Morning, Ms PT gets home today! Seems like she has been gone a while.
