A little over an hour left for me now. God forbid the boss let us off early. Oh well, I got done just about everything I wanted to before vacation.

Merry Christmas! We were just wrapping a few last minute items for the kids. Not nearly as many presents since they older.
About six more hours here PT. My 16 year old asked if 7 am was too early. I told her that I'd be up anyway but don't expect to see her up before 9.

Good morning. I woke up and it was chilly in our house. The furnace was blowing cold air. I grabbed my voltmeter and went downstairs. The limit switch had tripped and was stuck. I called an hvac place and they wanted 260 to come and change it. I said no thanks and took the switch out and tapped it a few times until it read good. It worked and we have heat. I'll go tomorrow and buy a switch for $30.
You are handy, Hitt. I would have had to write the check!

I know at some point I'll have to replace the furnace but really need to try to make it last until the kids make it through college.
