    You would think it would be better with the boss gone but it's actually worse. I have the same work to do whether he's here or not and most of the time he and I barely speak during the day. However, when he's gone, a lot of people think that they don't have to do anything and only the bare minimum gets done. It honestly gets annoying when people see who can be the last one to answer the phone or help a customer when he's gone. Thank goodness that I don't work out in the showroom with the monkeys.

    PT, it is welding supplies.

    I ran over something on the way home and could hear it hitting inside my fender for a little bit and then nothing. Then I noticed the air pressure dropping. I was able to make it to a gas station and put the spare on. Whatever it was left a tiny hole in the middle of the tire so I was able to put a plug in it and put it back on at home.
