I had a really hard time falling asleep last night and am pretty tired this morning. I have had sinus headaches the last couple days and it came back this morning. I just took some sinus medicine. I hope it doesn't make me even more tired.

Me too. I've been having to take sinus medicine every four hours to stay functioning.

I've had birds fly into my kitchen through an open door a couple of times. Luckily they've flown out on their own.

the flavor recipes are interesting- i've gotten vvery light on flavoring. I add 1-2% total flavoring in my own simple mixes, and I've been diluting the last of my pre-mixed 2mg/ml down to 0.25 mg/ml but not adding any additional flavor...
Framing is going fairly fast. they're working consecutive days and the walls are done and they're adding the plywood over the roof trusses. yay!!

I called a lumber store today and had twenty 1x3-16' trim boards delivered. I'm going to cover the seams/nails on my siding.
