I had been wanting to try one for a while but never ordered an ego one mega. I got an email from 101 last week and they had them on clearance for 14.99 so I grabbed one. I kind of miss the old tube mods. There is no adjustment on it. Just push the button and vape. It's really a pretty decent vape. Even with the airflow open all the way its a pretty restricted flow but its not bad at all. Not to mention it's a lot lighter to carry in my pocket at work. I don't know if I'll be buying coils for it but was thinking that maybe I'll use an rta on it after I use up both coils.

Not sure but I think the tanks come with Cl coils. You should buy a pack of CLR coils to try. You can just rewick them over and over til you have to rebuild.

I wonder if those are the same as the ones I got for the joyetech epipe? It does say cl coils on the ego one.

Good Morning. Hitt, I just tried the Cubis that originally came with my evic v2 set-up. I had been using the Ego one with the CLR that I have rewicked and working great. I am not doing something right, the Cubis came with like 3-4 different coils, all fancy stuff like .24 Ohms, Stainless, Ti etc... I threw the first one away as I use VV or VW at 3.4 or 8w and all it did was gurgle and spit eliquid. I put on another coil a .24 Ohm and it did the same thing. I am obviously doing something wrong with these new exotic coils, any idea?

Your probably not doing anything wrong,PT. The Cubis has a bad rep.

Good morning. I think if they are gurgling then that means you need to turn up the wattage. If you got Ti or Ni coils then you have to run those in temp control mode for that material.

The Cubis has a well known name for gurgling and spitting.

I didn't know that. I would normally just turn up the power if one was doing that. If I didn't like how it vaped turned up then I wouldn't use it.

Good morning. I almost forgot that I have a couple of the subtank minis in storage. I have been thinking lately about getting out one of the Uwell crown tanks from storage. The rba was a slight pain but not bad.
