It’s time to get off my .... and go exercise. I knew I put on weight this winter already but didn’t realize how much. I need to take off 7-10 pounds.
I got in a mediocre workout. Why is it that when I gain weight that it always seems to go to my midsection? The older I get the harder it is to lose.
Hubs will be home soon. Tomorrow or Monday if all continues to go well. The IV is out and they are giving him his regular pain med now. He looked good today and is eating solid food. Had pot roast this evening. I have fingers crossed.
Hubs weight gain always goes to his mid-section also. He's lost about 15 lbs but it looks good on him.

A friend sanded the front yard but the rain continued.It will be all icy again tomorrow.
Hitt,he was in the hospital because of an attack of pancreatitis.We thought it was the liver at first but it wasn't. He has no more pain from his pancreas at this time and a low level pain from the liver.
