I started feeling worse as the afternoon progressed. I’m pretty miserable right now with sinus pressure and a sore throat. My head hurts when I try to blow my nose.

If you have a walk in clinic you should go get anti-biotics. Sounds like you might have a sinus infection.

It just started yesterday. I’m going to do the neti pot tonight and see how I am tomorrow.

Hope that works but if not you better get to a clinic.

Good morning. I had bad drainage last night and it woke me up a couple times but other than being a little tired, I feel a little better.

I think I'll be ok but thanks for your concern. The sore throat is pretty much gone and now it's seems to just be a sinus cold. It's funny that I made it all winter without being sick and as soon as our weather turned nicer now I'm getting a cold.

Sinus infections need antibiotics. No sense in suffering with it.

I’m feeling a little better. My nose ran nonstop yesterday. I hate that. I still have the cold but much less annoying.

I’m going to take my youngest to violin lesson like we do every Saturday.

How'd the lesson go?

It went ok. She got a 1(best score possible) at district competition for a solo she performed so she’s been working on that with her private teacher getting ready for state competition.
