This morning one of our sales guys told our delivery driver to take back a machine to a customer before I arrived at work. The machine hadn't even been looked at yet and there wasn't a repair ticket on it. I don't know what he was thinking. The customer would have been upset if they got it back and it didn't work. Luckily I caught it before the driver made the delivery.

I'm planning on getting our little 4x8 garden weeded and some cucumber plants planted tonight. It's a real mess right now. It never got cleaned up from last year. The kids used to enjoy doing it but it's pretty much mine now.

4X8 and full of weeds ain't small. LOL

It didn’t look that big until I started on it. Took me about two hours to weed, loosen the dirt and add some. It had sank quite a bit. The only thing I’m planting is cucumbers this year. Our peppers never did good and not much luck with peas.

No tomatoes?

Neither me or my daughter like tomatoes. My wife is the only one that will eat them once in a while.

No kidding. We love tomatoes.

My father in law always grows them and gives my wife some.

Don't like summer squash either?

Wish I could get a Jalapeno to grow in my window planter!

I do not like hot peppers.

Fran, I've never tried to grow squash. The peppers we've tried to grow before weren't hot ones. We just grew bell peppers. It seemed like they would never grow to full maturity and would just be really bitter to the taste.

Hubs chemo for today was cancelled because his blood count was too low but the dr said the tumor has shrunk so much you can barely see it.

That's awesome news about the tumor. Sorry his count was too low.

The good news outweighs the blood count

Has he been feeling better since it shrunk?

 

[FranC]

He only gets sick when he has chemo. Otherwise feeling not bad except for his back and that's a whole nother problem.
