Good morning. I hurt my back just before leaving work yesterday. I picked up a machine off of my work cart and must have lifted it wrong. I've never had back problems before. It hurts pretty bad and it about brought tears to my eyes just to get dressed this morning.

Maybe you should have taken the day off.Back problems suck.

I've been taking Advil all day. It's gotten better some.

Should have picked up some over the counter back patches. They do help.

Good morning. It was much better by bedtime last night. It’s still a little sore but nothing like yesterday morning.

Good morning,Hitt Glad your back is better. You should stock up on some back patches to have on had. Back problems are a fact of age.

Thanks Fran. I’ll have to check and see if my wife has some already. She keeps all kinds of pain creams and stuff.

Hi Fran. We just got back from a graduation party that I’ve been dreading going to. It was for the youngest daughter of our old neighbors. I like the wife and kids but can’t stand the husband. He’s about unfriendly as they come.

I really dislike people like that. My youngest took us to lunch today as a late Mothers Day thing. He'll be 46 on Tuesday.

They lived beside us for twelve years and our kids grew up together. We were over there for three hours and he didn’t talk to me once. They moved 4-5 years ago into a bigger house and a wealthier neighborhood. Our wives are really good friends. When they lived here, he would always borrow tools and stuff and not return them or return them broken.

Friends like that you don't need enemies.

You’ve got that right. I have to admit that I thought it was funny that he looked like he was hiding a beach ball under his shirt. He has really packed on the pounds since I saw him last.

Probably has no one to borrow tools from so he does nothing....LOL
