Good morning. I forgot to post earlier. Work has sucked so far. I'm beginning to think that it's not just burn out at work but something more like a mid life crisis or something.
Thanks PT. It was nearly 100 outside last night when I got home from work. I know I need to exercise more. I did a really short weight set this morning before work. I really would like to get in a workout in the morning before work but I am not a morning person and usually feel like I got hit by a train when I wake up. Maybe I can slowly transition into doing that.
