Well, I talked to a manager on the phone and ended up getting the correct credit plus $10.

I did already. I ordered a vaporesso polar mod. Just for spite, I used the 10% coupon before I used the store credit so I only ended up paying another $6 to get it.

Good morning. PT, this was one I bought about a month and a half ago that was before I started having problems with my phone. It didn’t work when I got it and have been fighting to get s credit. Actually my phone hasn’t been acting up the last two days since I replaced the battery.

I've got my fingers crossed. It did it once after I put the battery in but I downloaded the latest update and did a hard reset and it hasn't done it since.

It's not the end of the world if I do have to end up getting a new phone. The iPhone 7 is going for 18.75 a month with $100 off at best buy. I just really don't want a new phone. I like the one I have and plan on using it until it quits.
