You are correct but it is so good. You could add just about any fruit and it would be good. The pudding is pretty strong so it doesn't take much.
I just got a 10ml to start with to see if I like it. I want to get a bigger bottle on my next order so I can make up a 60ml bottle to steep and then I can add the other flavors later. My wish list has gotten so large that I'm going to have to split it into two or three orders.
Another day done. I’m going to go get in a workout even though I don’t feel like it.
I’ve been doing two miles on the treadmill and a little bit of weights. The two miles consists of some running and some walking. I think I ran about 1.5 total tonight.
Better you than me....LOL. Another month or so and I'll be back filling the wood shed.
I really need to drop about ten pounds. I’m trying to eat less but it doesn’t always work. I have cut back on evening snacks quite a bit.
Good morning. Good to see you working out Hitt. I work out most days but still need to drop 15 or so.
Thanks PT. I’m trying hard to get in at least three a week. I really let myself go this past winter and spring. I was back up to 199. I refuse to hit 200. The weight seems harder to drop the older I get. Maybe it’s just me.
Fran, you’re lucky to be able to snack and not gain. I’m sure it has something to do with the snacks I choose.
