We considered just getting another single oven range but have wanted a double for some time. I told my wife that if whatever we buy now lasts 10-20 years then we’ll probably never buy the one we really want.

Kind of a slow day here. I’ve got some laundry going and made a grocery run but don’t really have an agenda the rest of the day.

My oldest is going to wait and drive home in the morning. I’m glad. She doesn’t get of until 7 and it’s about 3 hours driving.

Good morning and Christmas Eve from Amsterdam, long day as we had a 4 hour delay out of Madrid and made it here at 3:00 am. Lucky our airport Hilton is a 5 minute walk from airport. Did get 4 hours of sleep. Now a flight to Guangzhou at 12:30.

Thanks Fran. I woke with my nose plugged and a sore throat. I’m sure from the sinus drainage.

My oldest should be home by 12 or so. It just doesn’t seem like Xmas here. It’s been 40-50 degrees and I’m just not feeling the Xmas spirit this year.

I got a call from my oldest daughter saying she was running late. She also said she let her boyfriend drive her in her car last night to get some food and he hit the passenger side mirror on something and cracked it. I told her from now on to not let anyone drive her car and that I would replace the mirror while she’s home but her boyfriend will pay me back. They both can use this as a learning experience.
