Well she made it back. Several years ago the shower drain in the master bedroom leaked and ruined some Sheetrock in the garage underneath. I came in the garage today and saw a wet spot in the ceiling. I went upstairs and pulled the drain and somehow it had loosened enough over time that all the plumbers putty was gone from under the drain. So I fixed that and tore out and recaulked around the shower floor. Hopefully that takes care of it. I’ll have to wait to fix the garage ceiling.
Our garage ceiling is already patched in a couple places where I stepped through when I was finishing the floor in the attic over the garage.
