The problem is they are buying these pods of the street with who knows what in them.
Everything I read is that it was thc cartridges with vitamin E oil. CBD is legal and easily attainable. I’m not sure why anyone would buy it off the street.
They apparently think they are buying weed only it's laced with oils/poison. Who knows what.
