It seems like it gets cold early and stays that way for longer there Fran.
The swing set is gone. I still have to dig out the post that was anchoring it into the ground. My BiL took it to give to his girlfriends nephew. It took us about two hours to take it apart. A lot of the screws holding the wood together were rusted and stuck.
I honestly don’t remember how deep we put it. I’m going to try hitting it back and forth with a hammer to see if I can loosen it. Thankfully we didn’t set it in concrete.
Good Morning. Chill in the air this morning. Headed to Madrid tomorrow for a few days, the annual European Respiratory Society meeting is starting Sunday. Going to catch-up with some old business friends.
It was a busy day at work. I’m glad it’s the weekend. My boss will be back from vacation on Monday. Time for the slackers to get back to work.
I don’t know. I would think he has some idea of who works and who doesn’t when he’s gone. I don’t know if the office manager tells him anything or not.

I think we are going to get a day without rain. The corner of my back yard is flooded.
