It's so easy to make the rhubarb one yourself.

I know. I just never did it and know I like the one shot. I got two more bottles on the last chefs sale. Do you have the recipe handy? I might mix some just to compare.

Good morning PT. Yes, it's Monday and just another work day for me. The weekends are just too darn short. We had a very simple Easter dinner yesterday. My wife woke with a migraine so I made a hashbrown casserole and cooked a ham. She was feeling better later and made a green bean casserole.

Good morning, hitt :) Staying busy?

Yesterday ended up being fairly busy and I was indeed tired by the end of the day. I had a couple machines come in yesterday so should have enough to keep me occupied today. It's tough because a few weeks ago I had a 1-2 week backlog and it had been like that for a long time so I had gotten used to it. As a matter of fact, last month was one of my best months ever on billing.

Yep, just walking to the grocery store at least once a day but they say it needs to be the closest to your home. I go to one a little further away as it has a better selection. Have not been stopped by the police yet but I have been reading about fines handed out to folks who abuse the system or are caught a mile or so from their home. In the US I could at least get in the car and go for a drive, not here even if we had a car as police have check points and you better have paperwork stating the reason you are out.
Its strict here, even if I go to the Pharmacy or grocery store I better have a receipt with me on the way home in case I get asked by police.

    Seems a bit extreme

That is harsh. I haven't heard of anyone here getting stopped and the police put out a statement that they weren't going to stop people for that. They are way to busy running radar on the highway for that. Ever since the quarantine, they are out running radar on speeders almost every day. It stinks that the roads are fairly empty but you still have to watch with eyes in the back of your head for speed traps. The standard response time for a burglary is 45 minutes. Maybe they could get there faster if they weren't on the highway trying to write tickets.

I know I shouldn't complain since I am still able to go to work every day but I felt rough for some reason when I got up this morning and had zero motivation to come to work today. I think it has a lot to do with things being slow. When I'm busy the days fly by.
