    I just finished checking emails here at work and am about to get up and get started working. I'll see how my energy level is today but am guessing I'm going to need a few breaks in between working on stuff.
    Is good to take breaks when you need them

    Hitt, when I got to 50 other than some other serious issues, I started injecting Vitamin B-12, and also my doctor prescribed Testosterone injections every 2 weeks. Of course I take multi-vitamins and Joint related compounds. Along with working out it seems to help.

    I take a multivitamin, fish oil, an extra 1000mg of vitamin c, and a joint compound. It has really helped with my leg pain that I used to have a lot. I know I've got arthritis in at least one leg. You're definitely right about the exercise helping. I'm taking a break from exercise until I feel better.

    PT, why do you have to inject the B12 instead of just taking a capsule or something?

    What do you think is helping with your leg? I have a bad knee.
