Not even going to pretend I know about that. I did buy a few more shares of stock when the market was down last year and it’s tripled so far. I just never have enough at one time to make a large investment.

Good morning. It was really windy and a bit chilly here yesterday with intermittent rain. Looks like it rained a little overnight but was clear this morning. All this rain will have done a good job getting my lawn chemicals watered in without having to run the sprinklers. This is our rainy season. I get rather tired of it each spring.

Hitt, the weeks almost over! Fran, its been good to catch-up with friends but yep ready to go.
Also, I do notice now that I'm back to driving I am vaping a lot more! I can even tell its effect when I do cardio.

I don't drive a lot. Mostly back and forth to work during the week but I do enjoy vaping while driving. I can only stealth vape here and there at work so don't go through much during the day. I haven't done any kind of distance running in several years. About the most I do on the treadmill is 1-1.5 miles. Usually it's not a problem with breathing but my legs get tired and my motivation to exercise just isn't what it used to be.

Running is totally out for me and my bad knee.

Well its not too bad like when I used to smoke but there is a difference. At home I never take out the vapes with me when outside, even if I take a train or bus to a town nearby to visit friends or eat. I only vape at home especially when on the computer but I am using a lot less nicotine lozenges. Fran, I will eventually need to give up the treadmill as my knees are noticing it also!

Good morning. I do vape the most at home and don’t take an ecig if my wife and I go somewhere. I do still use snus so will usually use that for out and about. I vape more when I have reviews to do. I have one more device on hand right now to review. I want to try to get it knocked out this weekend.
