Good morning. I wish the rain would stop here. It was raining so hard this morning that I couldn't even see the lane lines on the road. I wish I was half as motivated to exercise as you are. I did get in a short run and a little weights last night. Sometimes I go downstairs in the evening and so a few quick sets with weights but not what I would consider a workout.
It’s been doing it here for days. It’s supposed to stop by the weekend. There was a river flooding warning today.

Good morning. It’s the 4th so get out your hearing protection and fire proof clothes. There were lots of big booms last night in our neighborhood.
Good morning. Feel rather lazy today. That’s ok though. No big plans. I’m rethinking my wife’s idea of putting four evergreen trees in the back yard. If we do then I’m getting good sized ones to start and having them planted. I planted all our other trees including the pear tree that had a root ball so big that it had to be loaded into our suv with a bobcat with forks. Took me and three neighbors to move it from the car to the hole I dug.
Good Late night! Its 1:30 am and I'm just winding down. The flight was delayed 10 hours out of Chicago so also had to wait 5 hours in Lisbon to catch the last flight of the day. But made it! Side note* people are starting to fly, airports were packed, my flight to Lisbon had 200 passengers and the one to Malaga was 80% full.
