Good morning. Had to leave work early yesterday to take my wife to urgent care. She has the worst sciatica I’ve ever seen and couldn’t walk on her own. They gave her a shot that really helped and she’s got an appointment this morning with her regular doctor.

I ended up taking off work and took her to a doctor appointment and then to the hospital for X-rays.

Good morning. Yeah sciatica got me 10 years or ago, oral steroids helped a lot. At our age need to do those stretches'. Hope she is better.

The nurse called yesterday and said the X-rays showed signs of arthritis and that they still may ask the insurance company to approve an mri. Our insurance is pretty bad and won’t cover much. If she needs it then that’s fine but it’s going to cost us a lot.

Good morning. Yesterday was day three on the prednisone and she seemed better. Still not normal but any improvement is good.
