Yeah main reason is to check the house, clean repair and talk to our realtor. But she is bringing stuff back! Sunday already.

Good morning. We’re getting highs in the low 80’s, it seems like it’s usually hotter than this in years prior but I’m not complaining.
Well summer is here, I see all the folks headed to the beach mid morning. At least that means less downtown.
Good morning. We finally got a nice amount of rain last night. It had been raining here and there but never amounted to much.
It got warm yesterday, mid-80. Went for a beer in the late afternoon and needed to sit under a parasol.
We’re headed into full summer temperatures this week. Supposed to be in the 90’s a few days this week.
Its almost lunch here, had 2 days in 50's now back to upper 70. Really great weather to sit out have a beer and people watch!
