lol i know it was random. i just ordered a few things for my fiances birthday and didnt realize there was a discount code for 33% until i seen it in a thread about someone having to order before midnight. i opened up a ticket to see if they could let me use the 33% code since it was still before midnight i was just unaware of it before i placed the order. i figured theyd get back to me by now. im just a very inpatient person and the last time i opened a ticket there response was immediate. i know im prolly bugging them for nothing but like i said im inpatient lol

I opened a ticket on Saturday, and I haven't heard back from them yet either. When did you put your ticket in?

Im fairly sure they are slammed with orders from the weekend. Mondays are typically insane there. Ill bet youll get responses before close of business

I made a trouble ticket Saturday too and haven't heard back yet. They are closed all weekend of course. They'll catch up.
