Well, I gotta say I'm very disappointed! Val has made a promise to me on several occasions that I believe others can attest to. I am still waiting on that shipment, and it has been several weeks with no sign of it.
I check everyday...and no puppy "Rocky Balboa" on my doorstep!!
WTH Val you promised! err.. umm threatened to send him to me!
Oh, and BTW, Val is great, tons of fun, and a wonderful addition to the V4L team!

Yep, I'm going to have to jump on the bandwagon, too. I've had pre-purchase questions, post purchase questions, a small issue or two with orders...and Val has been so helpful and so knowledgeable and efficient with her responses. Could not have asked for better service.

Valerie is the worst. Worst!
I collapsed from the awesome customer service and selection at V4L, and she left me to rot on the floor for hours on end. And she calls herself a paramedic? Then she threatens that she'll let them take me back to the padded cell if I refuse to agree with her. What the hell kind of crap is that? I thought she was supposed to be looking out for us?
This isn't the first time I'll ever order again from V4L! They haven't not made me customer because of their selection or service!

You know I'm just ribbing ya, Val.
I was in customer service for over 10 years, and I have never seen better customer service from any company, or person like Val has shown! This is the reason that V4L is the only company I will order from now on, no matter what!!
Val is dope!! Messaged her today and an hour later my issue is solved! I can now with confidence refer all of my friends and family to V4L!
