Hole in carto for tank

Can someone please tell me the exact distance the hole is from the end of the cartos for tanks? Let know the manufacture and measurment. Im having some end caps made for blown glass tanks im designing.

Here is a quote from notcigs.com regarding their M1A1 Buzz Cartomizer tank...

A TANK uses a Cartomizer as the center section , the cartomizer will need a hole drilled or punched in it to allow juice to flow from the tank into the cartomizer , many punch thier own cartos about 3/8" from the top of the threads . Use the SIDE filler port to refill your tank , this screw also acts as a LOCK to hold the tank in place.

Well i was hoping for an exact or close to a pre-punched of boge and smoketech and others.... Anyone want to chime in?
