Holiday Delays | GH1

Hey Tim,
My girlfriend bought (Order #5220) and has been trying to track it with the shipping number on the China Register Airmail, however it never seems to work. We are in California. Just wondering if theyre is a different link you can supply us with? We tried using the shipping page and when i clicked on the china registered airmail link it directed me to the ems page. so i copy and pasted the CRA link into my browser and put in the tracking number and it never works ive tried a lot and am really frustrated.The tracking number says # RA070164195CN.

hey ive tried numerous times on the 欢迎使用国际普邮跟踪查询－－用户查询 website but it doesnt work probably because its only been 3 days hah whens the holiday over?

The holidays ended on Feb 8th. Airmail packages are generally slower to update online then EMS, they usually take about 5 days to show online. Also with all the orders they must have received on the 8th we may see some delays.

I am having troubles also. I ordered 01/31/2011 and my tracking # doesn't work either and I have sent several emails and have not got any replies May I ask you if at least you got an email back? I understand that shipping would be after the holiday (02/08) but I cannot get a reply from my emails to Tim and tracking # doesn't work. I am beginning to get a little worried. I am very understanding and knew my order would ship after 02/08 but a simple reply to my emails would be suffient!

Sorry if I haven't replied to your email. We are experiencing a lot of tracking delays recently. It is due to the backlog caused by the week long holidays. We expect to see tracking numbers update soon. We are receiving a lot of emails on this and I'm trying to get back to everyone on this matter in addition to the large volume of emails we already receive. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi everyone,

I'm getting alot of emails on this so I thought I'd address it on our forum. Due to the Chinese New Years holiday, Chinese post offices are extremely backlogged (I would say as bad if not worse than what we saw during Christmas) During this time period, we expect to see delays with tracking, mainly with China Airmail parcels. Generally Airmail packages have tracking update about 5 days after they're send out, right now it is taking 8-9 days. We do apologize for the inconvenience and do look forward to everything returning to normal. If you have any questions or concerns, please send me over an email.

I just tried mine, and the OP's as well in USPS Track and Confirm's website. Both showed as being arrived in PORTEE on 2/16. Not sure how long it will take from here, but it gave me some ease of mind to know I can track it somewhere.

Tim I've placed another order today but used the speedy delivery so hopefully I will get it soon. Also the other order as well.

Looking forward to getting it now as these batteries are about to die on me!!!
