I attempted the smilinwholesale discount code and it said it expired 12/28/09. Is this no longer available? I would really like to buy larger amounts and resell locally.

You should PM Steve (Smilin) and talk to him about reselling. All of the 2009 codes have expired, and they may not have renewed the wholesale discount.
