I went to get a bag from the back of the van yesterday and when I turned while reaching I threw my back out. Didn't even pick anything up yet.
Now everyone kids me about hurting myself on air.
On the good side the muscle relaxers & pain pills guarante a Happy Christmas.

I pinched something in my back about a week ago and MAN it still hurts like hell.
