May Day is coming next week. We will not ship orders or work from 1.P.M. April 27 to May 1.

Orders with China Registered Airmail placed before 1.P.M. April 26 will be shipped on April 26.

Orders with EMS, DHL or UPS placed before 11 A.M. April 27 will be shipped on April 27.

Orders placed during the holiday will be shipped from May 2.

I am sorry for my delayed reply because of our holiday.
your order was paid with echeck on the 23rd. Normally it takes 3-4 business days to get it processed. After the payment was processed on 26th, our guy did not realize it timely, so we could not send it out before our holiday.
It is our mistake. We apology for our mistake.
We are willing to send points equal to 20% of your order price (excluding shipping) to your account as a compensation for the late shipping. you can buy any products with the points on our site anytime.
