I started with 8mg (that sucked), tried 16mg (just wasn't enough), went big to 24mg (a little much), down to 18mg now. If MBV did 20, I think I'd be good, but 18 is working for me for now.

Ok, finally got in the VAMO today with the PD's and I2 charger! Pretty happy with it so far, fixed up my rda seeming weak (probably was, on the ego batts).
Tried to wick and coil up my RSST though, using 32awg A1, the 7x7 cable and the wire mesh sleeve at the top of the cable, and keep getting fluctuating resistances and lo ohms on the VAMO.
Tried oxidizing the mesh sleeve some, didn't help. Tomorrow after work, I guess I'll try the suggestions I found on another thread about washing the RSST out really well and also looking at smoothing off the center pin (doesn't look like its flat at all). If that don't get it done ( since I was going for the wire rope/mesh combo), I'll try the ekowool over the top of the rope (even though I shouldn't have to I think)

Ok, so didn't try the ekowool over the rope... read up some on another thread about this problem (RSST on VAMO)... ended up trying a simple cleaning. Broke it down all the way, cleaned in dish soap w/ a sponge, dried, put back together, re wicked/coiled with original one I made... and fired no problem! Ended up wrapping a solid 2.5~2.6 ohm coil... OMG this thing gives me a nic headache on 18mg!!! Want a little more vapor though, so I might talk to a buddy in a machine shop and see if he can drill it out to 1.3mm first, and see how that goes. Probably get my baby rda drilled also while I'm at it, want to smooth it out a shy bit and get a little more cloud!
