Hey guys! So im on a budget at the moment and i went to my local health food store and bought a bottle of 100% Pure VG Glycerin. I was curious if i can mix that with my vape liquid and vape it. Thank you!
Yes, that is possible. :) vg is only one of the main ingredient of your ejuice.

Yes. I started vaping to quit smoking, with the eventual goal of being nicotine free entirely. I started with a relatively high level of nicotine, then I started tapering down my nicotine levels. Once I got to the lowest level of nicotine my favorite juices was offed with (besides 0mg) I simply mixed USP VG with my juices to cut them. There was a period that I vaped straight VG just to satisfy the habit once I was down to 0 nicotine, then I quit altogether. I didn't vape or smoke for about a year or so before I went back to cigarettes due in part to stress. Now I'm back to vaping (at 1mg currently). I'm probably going to stay at that level for a while, simply because I enjoy it and I have absolutely zero desire to smoking while I'm vaping. I've just started the journey of DIYing my e-juice and I'm amazed that I can make 30ml of juice for less than $1. If you're on a budget, the start-up cost of buying lots of different flavors, VG/PG, nicotine base, containers, a scale (if you mix by weight - my preferred method now) or graduated cylinders/syringes, but once you've found some recipes you like, it's insanely cheap.

As long as it it labelled "USP" it's all good.
Do not vape VG/PG that is labeled "Food Grade"
FYI, "food grade" isn't an actual chemical grade (Learn Chemical Grade Definitions from Highest to Lowest Purity.) Far as I can tell on like two minutes of googling, it's only used in relation to industrial lubricants, and it's more about whether the lubricant retains its lubricant properties on contact with acids and oils and other things that might commonly be found in foodstuffs, than it is about whether the food is still okay after coming in contact with the lubricant.

100% vg is too thick to vape by itself. It may become thin enough if you mix with your ejuice. A small amount of distilled water well help thin it too.

Mendo, you might find better prices on small bottles of USP grade Humco VG at $3.88 for 6 oz in the cosmetic aisle at Walmart or even better prices on quarts of USP VG by Essential Depot, $12.97 at Amazon.

As Cigatron said, you will need to buy some propylene glycol to thin the VG into a vapable mix. You'll find that at Amazon, also. 70vg/30pg is popular around here for those who like high VG mixes.
