Hongkong and Japan (Tokyo)

Dear vapers, I have a business trip to Hongkong and Tokyo coming up, I'm planning to bring my PV along with me since I really try to stay away from the analogs, have any of you had any experience using PV in those places ?
I also looking to buy some PV in Hongkong, any suggestion where can I get one ?
