I thought the RoyalSmokers C-E2 R4's shipped dry with no primer unlike the R3's. I received my order today and when I started using one, I got this bad burning taste. After I washed it out though, it was ok. I opened up another and there is definitely a slight bit of liquid.
Other than that, it wicks nicely.
