For me the best atty's are Joyetech Standard Resistance 510 atty's. And, since you have a twist, you can turn up the volts to get the heat. You don't need Low Res atty's. Like these

I don't care for the bridgeless. Whatever you do, make sure you get 2 or 3 or 4 or more of them, if you have the funds to do so. Newbies have a tendency to burn atty's up pretty quick at first. And, often - especially if you get a no name atty you can get a dud.
You don't need a drip shield, cone or thread sleeve for a simple 510 atty for what you are intending to use it for. All you need is the atty and a drip tip. Put no more than 3 drops of ejuice right on the center part. Wait a few seconds, put the drip tip in and vape. Do not add any more juice until the vapor is almost non-existent, else you will flood it. You can remove the drip tip and drop another 1 or 2 drops or you can drip a couple drops through the hole of the drip tip. Then blow across the drip tip like you would on a soda bottle to get the drips to move down to the atty. Then vape some more. Refrain from putting any more drops too soon, lest you will flood the atty. If you flood the atty, remove it from the battery, let it cool and blow it out from the connection end into a paper towel. Make sure you daub up any of the flooding that might have gotten into the battery connection end, as well.
Enjoy. A time or two and you'll be a pro at dripping.
