Received an item with a faulty button, contacted Hoosier E-Cig via email and received a response the same day. Brent shipped out a new item (just on my word that the first one didn't work correctly) and paid the postage for me to return the faulty one.

I recommended them to a friend who received her order today and she was also pleased with the selections she ordered and the fast shipping time.

Thanks Hoosier E-Cig for the friendly personalized CS! I WILL be back!
