Had to write a great review on Brent over at Hoosier E-Cig Supply. Recently ordered some KGO kits from him to give to some family members as they make their transition to vaping. Well first of all, everything was processed quickly and we had the kits 3 days later. Everything was great and fully charged right out of the box! A few weeks later, noticed one of the batteries crapped out and would not function at all. Contacted Brent about it and got a quick reply stating that We would just have to send the defective battery back to him and he would send a new one. Well soon after I got a message saying that he sent out a postage paid envelope with the new battery! How great is that?! Couple of days later had it all in hand and sent out the old one an hour later. I have to commend him on his wonderful CS and willingness to ensure his customers stay happy and keep coming back. Keep up the good work over there!
