My experience has been great with Hoosier. I've spent close to $200 with them this month, and as a strict budget vaper, it's been well spent in my opinion. Their products have been excellent thus far, and even their USA liquid has been superior to a more popular brand I've tried. Prices are very reasonable as well.
If you order in the morning, with enough time for them to process and package, they will ship it that day. You even get a tracking number! From Indiana to Florida via USPS it typically only takes 2 to 3 days to arrive.
I mistakenly left out an item from my most recent order so I sent them a message through their on-site contact page, asking if there was any way it could be added so I would not have to re-order. I received a reply within the next few hours, and while it was not possible to rectify the order, since it was already picked up to be shipped, I was satisfied knowing they were at least willing to try to help me out.
Shipping appears to be a flat $4 fee, which is a little heavy if you want to buy an item that's only a few dollars, but I'm guessing it pays for the tracking and priority shipping. And I can live with that.
