I just wanted to give a shout out today to Hoosier E-Cig. In a time when its hard to find any great ejuice and equipment vendors left, i have definitely found one. The initial transaction did not go smoothly and what happened after is why i wanted to give them a big thumbs up here. I placed an order for some ejuice and then realized i chose the wrong nic level. I called their company and spoke to someone over the phone and they said they would take care of making a change and let the owners know before it was fulfilled. In the meantime just to be safe i also emailed the company and asked if the nic level could be changed or should the order be canceled and i reorder.
Well some miscommunication happened and the order ended up being canceled and i was notified but at the time of day it was there was no way i was going to be able to reorder and get it shipped the same day. Plus i was out shopping and wasnt able to just reorder right away. Now let me say this is not the first time a mistake has happened with a company and certainly wont be the last. We all know things happen, that's life. It was frustrating and i was pretty upset but i got over it and went home and did a new order.
Now here is the amazing part. They must have grabbed that order the very second it came in, i recieved a notification it was being filled minutes later and then another notification with tracking that it was shipped by ups a few minutes after that. This all happened 2 days ago and my order is arriving today on Christmas Eve. This was incredible service by them no matter how things might have started out and i know i will continue to be a long time customer of theirs just because of the amazing service alone.
